Hey there!

If you’re reading this, the first thing I want to say is if I can do it, yes – you can as well. And I really mean that.

I started from a very humble beginning in 2011. Only having a pair of pliers, some jump rings and charms, I made my very first item and listed it on Etsy.

The first two items I sold on Etsy in 2011...

That’s pretty crazy, right?? Photo’s courtesy of the iPhone 4 and absolutely NO understanding of photography 🙂

The fact that these items even sold is what drove me to push harder, make more items and spend countless hours learning and developing new skills. I pushed myself for years, never really accomplishing much. Was it that my items were bad? Did my photography suck? Why weren’t people buying?? What more could I possibly do to turn this into a real business when I was already giving it everything I had?

I wanted nothing more than to quit my job and make jewelry full time. It was the only thing I worked for. After all the bills were paid, whatever was left over was spent on new tools or materials. There were also quite a few days I was “sick” and didn’t show up to work so I could make new designs. And then there were the days where I arrived to work, sat in my car and cried.

I was at my wits end trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I saw so many other successful shops running their businesses full time and it got me so angry that I wasn’t there. By this time I was the most anxious, overworked, stressed out nutbag of my life. And then one day in 2015 I found someone who seemingly had exactly what I needed. That’s an understatement.

Just one year later, I quit my job to take on The Wicked Griffin full time…

I am by no means a pro, but I now take photos like this <3

I have met and spoken with SO many of my fellow artisans about how to build their businesses. Artists who are experiencing the same thing I did not long ago. I get asked questions almost daily how I managed to do it, and as much as I am willing to help where I can, the truth is that you need a blueprint for success. You need a step by step system to get you to where you want to be.

When it comes to running a self-sustainable business that supports you and your family, you can’t afford to play games or make mistakes. Trust me, I know. My jewelry and shirts are the ONLY source of revenue for my family.

Please let me introduce you to Renae, my own business coach and absolute life changer. If it were not for her and her amazing handmade business training, I would still be at that same job crying in the parking lot every morning. If you are ready to make your shop as successful as you want it to be, please click that button below to learn the exact steps I took to build my own business <3

*I’m an affiliate of Renae because I’m also a program member, and her business coaching helped me grow my own business to where I am today.

Disclosure: I showcase stuff I think you’ll like. I aim to highlight products and services you might find interesting, and if you buy future items from those companies, I may get a small share of the revenue from the sale from my partner, Cupcake Trainings LLC.
