Refunds & Exchanges
If your item has been damaged during shipping please send me a picture of the item and we will discuss if a replacement will have to be made, free of charge.
Please note that you must contact me within 1 week of delivery date.
NO refunds on custom orders or personalized orders UNLESS the item was damaged during shipping.
My processing times are given as a rough estimate found on the blue bar near the top of each page. Actual processing times are based on a few factors:
- How many orders are currently in my queue
- How large and or complex each order is in my queue
- Orders are worked first come first served, however if I have more than 2 orders for the same item I will create them together as it is more time efficient for me to do so
- Remember I am a one woman business and that each and every order is made by hand from raw materials one at a time and I do my very best to process each order as quickly as I can while also maintaining quality.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom Rune inscriptions:
If you do not provide me with the exact Runes you want for your piece, then I assume you trust my judgement. This means that no refunds will be given if you do not like the Runes for your inscription. This can be avoided by either providing me with the exact Runes you would like or discussing an inscription with me before purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements you give are accurate. Because of this I cannot refund due to size. I can do a replacement IF the item is not custom or personalized, you are responsible for shipping charges and returning the item.
If the design allows, I can re-size the piece on custom or personalized pieces. Price will reflect the complexity of the piece and you are responsible for shipping charges.
Rings are USA sized and other measurements are in inches. Please feel free to contact me if you do not know your size or if you are not familiar with these measurements and I will convert them for you. Again, you are responsible for ensuring the measurements you give me are accurate.
Right to refuse service:
I have the right to refuse service by cancelling and refunding your order if you are abusive or choose to harass me in any way.
I have nothing but love and respect for my customers, however I have zero tolerance for harassment.
Proper Care for your Jewelry
I use Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, Copper, Brass and Aluminum using traditional methods.
Any jewelry design may break if not taken care of. Please be cautious and avoid doing heavy duties when wearing your jewelry, i.e. dishes, showering, gardening, etc...
Your item may have an antiqued finish. The Runes or letters in your piece may be blackened. To ensure that your item stays fresh looking, please do not get it wet. Take it off when you wash your hands, take a shower, go swimming or do any activity which includes the piece getting wet. This also means if you are sweating a lot.
The antiqued finish will also conform to you, meaning that the places it touches skin the most will start to fade. This is a natural process, however, I do add a waxed coating to protect your piece.
Also, all metals, except aluminum, will eventually start to tarnish. This can be avoided by using a polishing cloth.
I can refinish your piece for you for a small price, that which depends on the complexity of the design.
If your item has been damaged in any way, please feel free to contact me and see if I can fix it. Again, price reflects the complexity of the design but will never be more than the price you paid initially, generally between $15 to $20 or even less. You are responsible for shipping charges.
It is common sense to be cautious when wearing your jewelry.
