Shipping and Processing Time

PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Because The Wicked Griffin is a one-woman business, this means that every item is handmade one at a time. Please keep in mind that I may have a heavy workload with this website and my other selling venues. All orders are made in the order they are received, with this website taking priority over my other selling venues.

Normal processing times are a minimum of 1 business week, this means that it could take longer. I may need to contact you for additional information regarding your order, or I may have to order supplies, so this is why I have a 1 business week minimum. 

If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time and I will respond as soon as I can, usually within hours or less.

I take every effort to make each item in a timely fashion, your business means the world to me and I take it very seriously. I also know how it feels to have to wait for an item you purchased. 

If you have a deadline and need your order ASAP, please contact me first before ordering as I may not be able to meet your deadline. We can discuss different options to get your order to you.

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are sent out via USPS Priority mail.

Within the USA: $4 flat rate shipping which takes between 1-5 business days to arrive.

International: $10 flat rate shipping which takes between 1 week to 6 weeks, please keep in mind that your country has it's own customs which holds up your order and this is completely out of my control. Sometimes the tracking number cannot be traced outside of the US border.

I encourage you to make yourself familiar with your countries customs policies. The Wicked Griffin is NOT responsible for any taxes that may have accrued. This means that the shipping you paid for got your order to your country, but your country wants an additional payment to deliver it to you. Again, this is out of my control and I am not responsible for those fees.

The U.K. and Germany are known to hold up orders and add additional fees.

If it has been weeks since your order was shipped and you have still not received your order, I encourage you to contact your local or country official post and inquire about your order. Chances are they may have it and you may have missed their notification of paying a fee.

 

Please note: I cannot send a free replacement if the tracking number states that your order has been delivered.
